Francis Boggus focuses on assisting prospective applicants to Iowa Great Places throughout the year. He facilitates the application process from the release of the RFP to overseeing coaching of prospective applicants to the review of each year’s submitted proposals. He also assists with the development of conference and seminars on topics relating to community development.
