Center for Transportation Research & Education

Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City Community Development

Institute of Public Affairs (IPA)

As an outreach service of the University of Iowa, the Institute provides organizational improvement programs for local government elected officials and staff.  Programs and conferences are offered throughout Iowa for state and local government officials, employees; topics include strategic planning, organizational development, team building, community visioning, intergovernmental cooperation, and increasing citizen cooperation.
