Great Places Regional Forum
RSVP Form

To RSVP for one of the regional forums, please fill out the form below.  At least one person from each place planning to submit a proposal in 2008 must attend one of the forums.  The forums are expected to last from 8:30am to 5:15pm.  The forums are free.   You are responsible for your own lunch; food will be available for purchase at the forum venue and/or within walking distance.  Each venue is handicapped accessible.
